  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook udon noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. Add garlic and mixed vegetables to the pan and sauté until tender.
  4. Add cooked udon noodles to the pan and pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
