  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add bell peppers and zucchini to the skillet, cooking until softened.
