  • 10 ounces sushi rice
  • 1 pound fresh tuna, diced
  • 8 ounces crab meat
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine diced tuna, crab meat, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and green onions.
  4. Spread the cooked sushi rice in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the tuna and crab mixture on top of the rice.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
