- 2 cups water
- 1 pound salmon, skinless and boneless
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon furikake seasoning
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook it with 2 cups of water according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix the salmon, soy sauce, mayonnaise, sriracha, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Spread the cooked rice evenly in a baking dish.
- Layer the cream cheese on top of the rice.
- Spread the salmon mixture over the cream cheese.
- Top with green onions, panko breadcrumbs, and furikake seasoning.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, top with avocado, and let cool slightly before serving.
