- 1 pound fresh salmon
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
- While the rice is cooking, prepare the salmon by seasoning it with soy sauce and baking for 15 minutes.
