- 2 cups sushi rice
- 2 ½ cups water
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 pound cooked salmon, flaked
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice until the water is clear and drain.
- Combine rice and water in a pot, bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
- Mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a bowl.
- Flake the cooked salmon and mix with soy sauce and green onions.
