  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Dice the potatoes and cook them in a pot of boiling water until tender.
  3. In a skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat.
  4. Add onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened.
  5. Combine the sausage mixture with the drained potatoes.
