1 pound fresh salmon, skinless
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 egg
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt

1 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix the salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
