  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Add sliced onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan, sautéing until fragrant.
