- 1 loaf challah bread, cubed
- 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
