A quick, delicious dinner made with kielbasa and fresh vegetables, all cooked in one pan.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the kielbasa and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the vegetables and sauté until tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, and soy sauce.
  5. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the kielbasa and veggies, stirring to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
