A quick and delicious recipe for busy weeknight dinners featuring kielbasa and vegetables in a honey garlic sauce.

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and baby carrots. Stir to combine.
  5. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the honey mixture over the veggies and kielbasa.
  7. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until veggies are tender.
  8. Serve warm.
