  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, salt, and baking soda.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix just until combined; fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
