Ingredients

  • 200g Maltesers
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 150g unsalted butter
  • 100g mini marshmallows
  • 150g digestive biscuits
  • 50g golden syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Melt the chocolates and butter in a bowl over simmering water.
  3. Add the golden syrup and mix until combined.
  4. Crush the digestive biscuits and fold them into the chocolate mixture along with the marshmallows and Maltesers.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking tray and press down evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.

  • Use milk chocolate for a sweeter taste.
