- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 large bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper, sauté until soft.
- Add the turkey bacon to the skillet, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the bacon is crispy.
- Remove from heat and mix in the shredded provolone cheese.
