  • 500 grams mixed mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sugar.
  3. Add the mushrooms to the bowl and coat them well with the mixture.
  4. Spread the mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
