2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 packet instant yeast
1 cup warm milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warm milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface.
Cut into equal portions and shape into rolls.
Place rolls on a baking sheet and let rise for another 30 minutes.
