1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice the sweet potatoes into rounds and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the sweet potato rounds and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until tender and lightly browned.
Remove from oven and drizzle honey over each round.
