1 cup milk
1 large egg
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
