  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (zucchini, onions, bell peppers)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Add vegetable oil to the griddle, then place the marinated chicken on the hot surface.
  4. Cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side or until properly cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Add the mixed vegetables to the griddle during the last few minutes of cooking.
  6. Once everything is cooked, remove from heat and slice the chicken before serving.
