- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (zucchini, onions, bell peppers)
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
