- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and honey until smooth. Pour over the crust.
