- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, and honey until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
