1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 cup raisins or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, grated carrots, honey or maple syrup, applesauce, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
If desired, stir in raisins or walnuts.
