- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
