  • 6 Hawaiian rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Maple syrup for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and soak them in the egg mixture for a few minutes until well-coated.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
