  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, broccoli, and bell peppers, cooking until vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions.

Notes

  • For added spice, add a dash of red pepper flakes.
