- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 lime, juiced
- 4 tostada shells
- 2 avocados, mashed
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- salt to taste
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and lime juice. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Grill the shrimp on medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.
- While shrimp are grilling, prepare the guacamole by mixing mashed avocados, diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt.
- Assemble tostadas by spreading guacamole on each tostada shell and topping with grilled shrimp.
- Serve with additional pico de gallo on the side.
