2 cups cooked orzo
1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
2 cups French onion soup
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup caramelized onions
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cooked orzo, shredded chicken, French onion soup, mozzarella cheese, caramelized onions, olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
