  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the fish fillets.
  4. Coat the mayonnaise-covered fish fillets with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the coated fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
