- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Press tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes.
- Toss tofu cubes in cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry tofu until golden and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
