  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain any fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and follow packet instructions.
  4. Fill each taco shell with the turkey mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until the taco shells are crispy.
  6. While they bake, prepare the avocado sauce by blending the avocado, sour cream, and lime juice until smooth.
  7. Once tacos are done, top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and avocado sauce.
