Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

  3. In a separate large bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.

  5. Divide the cheesecake mixture evenly among the cupcake liners over the crust.
