8 ounces rotini pasta
4 slices turkey bacon
1 cup corn kernels
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
While the pasta cooks, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
