1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups apples, peeled and diced
1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the diced apples and pour the mixture over the crust.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set. Let cool completely.
Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
