  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
