  • 2 cups cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and top with blueberries.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set. Let cool and chill before serving.
