  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, onions)
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken thighs, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Add vegetable oil to the griddle and place marinated chicken on it.
