  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté spinach until wilted.
  3. Mix in parmesan cheese with the spinach.
  4. Season the salmon fillets with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.
