  • 2 English muffins, split
  • 1 cup spinach, wilted
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
