A delicious twist on a classic breakfast burrito featuring turkey bacon, eggs, and cheese.

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Warm the tortillas in another pan or microwave.
  4. Assemble the burritos by placing eggs, bacon, cheese, and green onions on each tortilla and rolling them up.
  5. Serve warm.
