4 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large whole wheat tortillas
8 slices turkey bacon
1/4 cup diced green onions
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté green onions for a minute.
Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then pour into the skillet.
Cook until eggs are set, then stir in the cheese and crumble the cooked bacon on top.
Warm tortillas in a separate pan, then fill each with the egg mixture.
