  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter and shake off excess.
  3. Place the florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry at 375°F for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
