  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In one bowl, mix flour with seasoning. In another bowl, place the beaten egg. In a third bowl, place breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each shrimp into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange the shrimp in the air fryer basket and cook for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to create the bang bang sauce.
